Roland brings a commercial lens to every mandate built across three distinct careers: 9 years in private equity and corporate development at Next Capital, followed by senior corp dev roles spanning two ASX and trade-sale exits; a decade as a founder, owner-operator and investor in growth businesses, including co-founding Spacer Technologies (Australia’s largest digital marketplace for parking and storage), Talent 100 and Cover Genius (exited); and now as an advisor, consultant and hands-on operator focused on strategy support and AI adoption.

His work today centres on helping founders and PE portfolio companies embed AI into real workflows — so revenue grows faster than headcount.
